Competitive Salary and Bonus Structure

We're offering a basic salary of £55,000, plus a performance-based bonus that will be discussed with your director. This reflects our commitment to recognizing and rewarding your hard work and dedication.

As the Registered Manager of our flagship home, you'll have the opportunity to build a strong and confident team around you, working closely with our experienced Director and Responsible Individual. With over 25 years of social care experience, our Director brings invaluable knowledge and expertise to the table.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We're seeking an experienced Deputy Manager or Registered Manager with a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to children with emotional behavioral needs, we'd love to hear from you.
