- Ability to understand a design brief in order to establish the most effective upholstery methods for producing each piece of furniture.
- Proven soft seating upholstery skills and experience.
- Templating production expertise using diverse fabrics and materials.
- Mastering the art of template production with a variety of fabrics and materials.
- Creating stunning upholstered products with precision and flair.
- Collaborating seamlessly with other departments for a smooth workflow.
- Upholding the highest quality standards for all furniture produced.
- Bringing design briefs to life, ensuring each piece is a masterpiece.
