I'm looking for a Plumber for a permanent position working on commercial repairs. This role will entail working in pubs, restaraunts, military bases and prisons.
This Plumber role will entail working on reactive and planned maintenance across the Midlands, in a variety of commercial properties
Ideally, I want to speak to a Plumber that has:
- Experience in commercial maintenance roles before
- Experience working with up to 2inch steel pipeworks
- Clean criminal record (enhanecd DBS' will be required as you'll need clearance for MoD bases and prisons)
- Full UK Driving Licence
In return, the Plumber will receive:
- £35,000 - £37,500 base salary
- £15 per day extra when working on prison contracts
- Company van, phone, fuel card
- Serious progression opportunities
