Duties of Internal Sales Executive:
- Management of 2 internal sales members. Duties to include development, coaching, performance monitoring.
- Responsible for managing and distributing sales enquiries out to the team and personally dealing with enquiries in a timely manner
- Responsible for the team and personally loading sales orders and quotations into the ERP system in a timely manner
- To deliver In House monthly sales targets of c£40k per month
- To deliver personal account targets of c£35k per month
- Team responsibility for tool repairs administration including booking in tools, sending to third party repairer, quoting, communicating updates to customers.
- To arrange key existing and potential customer site visits for Business Development Manager
- Team responsibilities to upsell our full offering to prospective and existing customers
- To assist with large bill of material quotations with the Sales Director
Personal Profile and experience of Internal Sales Executive:
- Experience in engineering based sales is desirable
- Experience of managing accounts and coaching/managing a team
- Authoritative, lead by example demeanour
- Good sales focus and hunger to push our comprehensive offering
- Experience of ERP systems and some basic Excel knowledge desirable but not essential
