Job Title: Cover Supervisor
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of learning during teacher absences. You will supervise classes, manage student behaviour, and ensure that the lesson plans left by the teachers are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students in the absence of their regular teachers.
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students remain on task.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Assist with any additional duties as required by the school.
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification is essential.
- Strong classroom management skills.
