We're looking for...
- A background in sales & marketing at a senior level
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a passion for building relationships
- Proven background in leading and motivating a team to deliver on strategic priorities
- A background in Education would be an advantage, however, we're open to other sectors too - as long as you can demonstrate the ability to step into Education
- Experience of devising and implementing strategy
- Accessible to Edinburgh - this role will predominantly be on-site
You will be...
- Leading a team responsible for Marketing, Communications & Admissions and growing team as required
- Devising and implementing a new Marketing, Comms & Admissions strategy with the aim of raising the profile of Merchiston and driving more enquiries
- Identifying and responding to key market trends, adjusting approach accordingly
- Managing a substantial departmental budget
- Leading and guiding the Admissions function to achieve pupil recruitment targets
- Working closely with Headmaster to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Monitoring and reporting to help shape future planning
