We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee and manage the smooth operation of all operational delivery services.

The ideal candidate will be adept at analysis work, supporting the operations team, dealing with contractors, and managing the onboarding and compliance of new carriers.
Day-to-Day duties include:
- Conduct analysis to identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.
- Provide support to the operations team, assisting with problem-solving and decision-making processes.
- Oversee the daily operations of a large fleet of drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery services.
- Manage relationships with contractors, ensuring clear communication and adherence to service level agreements.
- Handle the onboarding process for new carriers, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance standards across all operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a logistics or transportation environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience in contractor management and negotiation.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations within the transportation industry.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
