Financial Advisor / Implementation Advisor / Product Owner

A fantastic new opportunity has become available Financial Advisor / Implementation advisor with one of our Financial One of the world's leading financial institutions, serving individuals, small- and middle-market businesses, large corporations, and governments with a full range of banking, investment management and other financial and risk management products and services based in Chester.

Job Title: Financial Advisor / Implementation Advisor/Product Owner

Duration: 6 months fixed term assignment

Location: Chester (onsite initally for 3 months - 3 days a week on site )

Start: Immediately

Salary: Circa £30k/Annum

Experience and Skills required:

  • Experienced within manage complex projects in payment products.
  • excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment whilst effectively building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Expert consultation and stakeholder collaboration for operations projects.
  • Experience in Client, Customer Facing environment within internal and external client.
  • providing a smooth onboarding experience, building trust and effective working relationships with clients

Responsibilities:

  • implement treasury products and solutions for clients.
  • take ownership of the end-to-end resolution of projects.
  • conduct research using various bank systems and liaising with internal business partners to enable thorough and accurate responses to client enquiries.
  • respond to enquiries received from clients and Sales partners.
  • resolve conflicts while appropriately escalating concerns that may jeopardise client.
