Job Title: Financial Advisor / Implementation Advisor/Product Owner
Duration: 6 months fixed term assignment
Location: Chester (onsite initally for 3 months - 3 days a week on site )
Start: Immediately
Salary: Circa £30k/Annum
Experience and Skills required:
- Experienced within manage complex projects in payment products.
- excellent oral and written communication skills.
- able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment whilst effectively building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Expert consultation and stakeholder collaboration for operations projects.
- Experience in Client, Customer Facing environment within internal and external client.
- providing a smooth onboarding experience, building trust and effective working relationships with clients
Responsibilities:
- implement treasury products and solutions for clients.
- take ownership of the end-to-end resolution of projects.
- conduct research using various bank systems and liaising with internal business partners to enable thorough and accurate responses to client enquiries.
- respond to enquiries received from clients and Sales partners.
- resolve conflicts while appropriately escalating concerns that may jeopardise client.
