Software Development Manager (C# .Net) Folkstone / WFH to £90k
Are you an ambitious Software Development Manager from a .Net Engineering background looking for an opportunity to progress your career in an impactful role?
You could be joining a digital eCommerce solutions provider with ambitious growth plans.
As a Software Development Manager you will drive the redevelopment of the core platform in C# .Net (from PHP), manage and grow a team of four backend developers. You'll instil software engineering best practices, introduce Agile ways of working and participate in architecture and design sessions as well as conducting code reviews and upskilling engineers.
Location / WFH:
There's a hybrid work from home model with three days in the Folkstone office per week, the office is close to the station and has an onsite gym.
About you:
- You have strong leadership experience, including line management, 1-2-1s, managing conflict, progressing others
- You have a C# .Net software development background
- You have a strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, Agile methodologies (including TDD), code reviews, architecture and design
- You have excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- You're degree educated in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
