Our Global client has a growing HR team in London HQ and are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner with experience of tech communities to work closely with most senior stakeholder
To help drive the HR strategy and enable high performance– you must have exceptional leadership skills ,extensive HR management experience and a passion for data and insight to craft argument.
Great opportunity to drive people performance and engagement – this will suit a highly driven commercially minded senior business partner who wants to influence at the the most senior levels
The role;
Build strong professional relationships with employees across all levels of the business by providing first class HR support and coaching
Proactively partner with key senior stakeholders to achieve a people strategy that supports the delivery of company objectives within the tech community
Knowledge/Skills/Experience;
HR experience supporting a tech client group in a complex matrix organisation
Ability to coach individuals and influence at all levels
Team player who is seen as approachable and a positive role model
Exceptionally well organised and efficient
Able to show experience of working in a business transformation
