What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
- Engaging with children in activities that promote their emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Assisting in planning and delivering learning activities, under the direction of a qualified teacher
- Maintaining a safe and positive environment that encourages learning and cooperation
- Building strong relationships with children, ensuring they feel valued and supported
- Assisting with behavior management and implementing positive reinforcement strategies
