HR Advisor

A growing SaaS company based in central London is a seeking an Interim HR Advisor paying between £21 to £23 per hour on an initial 1 month temporary basis. The company work on a hybrid basis, asking for their staff to work 50% of the month in the office.

The ideal candidate will come from a start-up background and have experience working in very fast paced and interchangeable environments. The company are initially looking for someone to be with them for a 1 month period but this could be extended to up to 3 months while they recruit for their next permanent staff member.

Duties would include the following:

  • Reviewing and documenting HR policies
  • Assisting with activities related to the annual performance management including promotions
  • Provide operational and best practice advice on a range of business/HR issues to line managers
  • Basic handling of employee inquiries and referring to policy or the appropriate staff where necessary
  • Drafting HR documentation including, salary increases, promotion letters, statement of service letters.
  • Assisting with ER protocols including investigations, performance improvement, policy breaches etc.
  • Maintain employee data changes within the internal HR systems including payroll updates
  • HR reporting
  • Partnering with Payroll, Office Management, Accounting, and other departments to resolve issues.

The company are looking for an experienced HR advisor who can work on an interim basis to hit the ground running. You will have the ability to work as part of a strong team, but also take the initiative to work solely on tasks. You will be very used to working in fast paced and ever changing environments where you are really the go to person for the team.
