We are seeking a dedicated Contracts Specialist to oversee customer bids and tenders, ensuring compliance with OFAC and Corporate policies. The role involves monitoring and reviewing contracts to identify potential risks. This position supports the Global Risk Manager with special projects and requires a systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Review and coordinate customer bids, tenders, quotes, and call-off requests for compliance with OFAC, corporate policies, and business best practices.
  • Oversee customer and vendor purchase orders and contracts, ensuring they align with approved terms and governance.
  • Liaise with customers and vendors on contractual or order queries as necessary.
  • Plan and participate in weekly Operations Meetings, producing minutes with advance review/approval by the Global Risk Manager.
  • Assist regional business units and staff in understanding and adhering to contractual, compliance, quoting, and order-taking best practices to mitigate risk.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Global Risk Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Adaptability and confident using own initiative in busy, high pressure environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
