SF Recruitment are recruiting for an Administrator to work for a growing business based in Kettering
As the Administrator you will have the responsibility of ensuring the administrative requirements for the businesses are up to date.
Key responsibilities as the Administrator
? Take Overall Responsibility of the internal administrative process
? Receive and take calls from customers
? Creation and submission of Risk Assessments ensuring they are ready and accepted for each project
? Checking of reports from engineers
? Completion and filing of all other documentation as required by clients
? General office administration
? Assistance in all other administrative tasks
? Participate in weekly team meetings to keep up with Operational Requirements
? Import information in various project online Portals
? Complete timely invoicing of all jobs
? Provide administrative assistance to Aftercare
In return you will be offered a salary up to £25,000 and work Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
