Chemistry Laboratory Leader
This is a permanent opportunity . Kenton Black Scientific is a recruitment partner to one of the leading pharmaceutical testing laboratory based in Cambridgeshire. In this role you will be managing a team of laboratory analysts.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to running day to day activities within the pharmaceutical chemistry laboratory.
- Provide technical and quality training for all the new starters
- Ensure that adequate amount of staff is present at all times in the laboratory
- Analysing pharmaceutical samples using analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, LC
- Ensure all team members are performing duties/tests according GMP guidelines
Qualifications:
- Degree in science or equivalent
- Proven experience in using analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, GC
- Proven operational experience and team management within pharmaceutical chemistry testing laboratory
- Proven project management skills and experience, lean production principles
