We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our secondary school in Hassocks as a Cover Supervisor. You will be responsible for leading classrooms using pre-prepared lesson plans, supervising students, and providing one-to-one support when necessary.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans provided by the subject teacher or department.
- Supervise students, ensuring they remain focused and follow the school's behavior policy.
- Foster a positive, engaging classroom environment that promotes active student participation.
- Provide basic assistance and clarification on classwork when needed.
- Ensure all necessary materials and resources are prepared and available for the lesson.
- Manage the smooth running of lessons by addressing any immediate issues or questions from students.
- Work with individual students or small groups to support their learning and development.
- Encourage students to complete their work to the best of their ability and monitor their progress.
