This is a community based band 6 position available for an experienced occupational therapist
Start date: ASAP-end of July
Shift pattern: Full time, Mon-Fri, 8:30-16:30
Job description:
- The Community SLT provides patient-centred care and treatment for a specialist ageing and health and multi-morbidity adult caseload (dementia, frailty, COPD). SLT would be dysphagia trained and be able to provide communication and swallowing intervention for adults on the caseload.
