Our reputable client are looking for a Temporary Showroom Host to join their team for a 1-2 week assignment.
As a Temporary Showroom Host, you will be the face of our client's showroom, responsible for meeting and greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude. Your excellent interpersonal skills will help create a positive first impression and provide an outstanding customer experience. You will also be responsible for answering calls, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring prompt resolution of customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a genuine smile and friendly demeanour upon arrival
Provide product information and assist customers in their decision-making process
Process payments accurately and efficiently using the designated system
Answer incoming calls and handle customer queries in a professional manner
Assist with booking appointments and managing the showroom schedule
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a retail environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Proactive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing payments
Basic computer skills and ability to use a point-of-sale system
This is a temporary position offering a competitive hourly rate of £12. The assignment length is 1-2 weeks, providing you with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a reputable company.
