Duties:
- You will be working a Team Administrator - providing administrative support throughout the business.
- Organising and scheduling meeting rooms.
- Minute taking during meetings.
- Ordering lunches and ensuring the fridge is fully stocked.
- Ensuring all office areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Setting up meeting rooms.
- Coordinating and setting up new starters, ensuring their equipment is up and running.
- Ad-hoc tasks where necessary.
