SRM Recruitment are working with an organisation based in Hemel Hempstead looking to hire a Marketing Manager. Overseeing a team of 3, you will be responsible for creating and delivering on the digital and branding strategy.
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, supporting the team across different platforms.
- Offer brand guidance for the marketing team and the broader organisation.
- Oversee the marketing calendar, campaigns, key dates, and local marketing initiatives.
- Utilise agency relationships coordinating national campaigns and PR activities.
- Support the launch of new projects.
- Maintain relationships with key suppliers and ensure they meet performance standards.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Conduct and manage market research and customer insights.
- Develop and manage marketing materials and write copy for various audiences and channels.
- Keep detailed records of marketing spend and return on investment.
