Alliance and Partnership Director (London, hybrid working available)
Cpl Life sciences is working with a global leader in Pharmacovigilance solutions with tailor made solutions for drug safety in the Pharmaceutical industry. The company provide their software to improve productivity, and compliance supporting Biotech, CRO and Pharma companies of all sizes.
Our client is searching for a Director of Alliance and Partnerships to expand the companies market presence through strategic collaborations. The main responsibility of the role is to identify, recruit and manage partnerships to promote their pharmacovigilance software solutions.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Identification of partners and their recruitment through market research, engagement and negotiation of collaboration terms
- Program development – onboard, train and equip partners with the right tools through the development of customized partnership programs
- Relationship management – continued communication to develop relationship, monitor performance and track sales
- Collaboration with partners on their go-to-market strategy, marketing efforts to position the client as a thought leader
Requirements:
- 10 – 15 years in alliance management or business growth
- BSc in Life Sciences or related field
- MBA or Masters in Business Management (or related)
- Experience with BioPharma Research and Development (R&D) software/service industry is essential
