Business Process Analyst!
This is an initial 12 months fixed term contract.
Are you passionate about leveraging technology to enhance care delivery? Do you excel in training and supporting teams to maximize their use of digital platforms? We are looking for a dedicated professional to take on the role of a Business Process Analyst for their internal systems.
As the Business Process Analyst, you will manage their clients Digital Care Records Platform, ensuring continuous improvement. You will also support the implementation of the Consolidated People Platform.
Main Responsibilities for the Business Process Analyst:
- Ensure colleagues understand and follow their internal system SOPs.
- Train staff on their system to ensure they can effectively apply the SOPs.
- Resolve issues and queries as the main point of contact for users.
- Maintain and update training materials on the systems Training Space.
- Communicate with the external Suppliers about updates and changes.
- Work with senior leadership and other teams to evolve their systems.
- Support process changes and ensure they are fully embedded.
- Coordinate and deliver training on the People Platform.
Qualifications and Experience Required for the Business Process Analyst:
- Experience in healthcare or the NHS is highly desirable.
- QCF (NVQ) Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or an equivalent qualification, or willingness to work towards it.
- QCF (NVQ) Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, such as Care Quality Commission regulations and outcomes.
- Experience with quality measures, including conducting internal/external audits and making improvements based on audit findings.
- Proven experience in person-centred care.
