I work with colleges that require hourly paid LSAs across the following areas for the next academic year (Sept Start). These will be 30 hour contracts and last for a full academic year, with the chance to apply for a permanent position:
- Southend-on-Sea
- Basildon
- Grays
- Westcliff-on-Sea
Term Time Only
Responsibilities:
1:1 and group support of student with addiditonal learning needs
Supporting teachers/lecturers to enure they are inclusive to SEN students
Safeguarding of vulnerable learners
Requirements: -
Experience working with SEN children or young adults
OR an extensive care background
Knowledge of additional learning needs
Up to date Safeguarding training, or willing to obtain.
Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain.
