HR Administrator

We have a fantastic and rare opportunity available for a HR Administrator on either a part time or permanent full time basis based near Helston due to growth and demand of the company.

If you are from a strong Administration background with knowledge in HR or would like to get into this area we would like to hear from you!

You will be responsible for supporting the Group Head of HR and HR Team with a range of HR Tasks to include:

  • Recruitment - Working with Area Managers to coordinate recruitment requirements from advertising to on-boarding and checking in on new recruits.
  • Training - Managing the training cycle and induction modules to completion across the group
  • GDPR - Support the HR team with ongoing projects in this area to move to a digital platform
  • Work with local external customers to generate pipeline of resources working with schools/colleagues locally
  • Liaising with employee queries, answering questions or escalating as appropriate
  • Support and co-ordinate HR system development & Business continuity

This is a progressive role allowing you to pick up more responsibility as your knowledge broadens! You will be joining a friendly and supportive HR Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress within HR.

Working hrs can be 30 - 40 hrs a week across 4 or 5 days (One day must be a Friday)

Work From Home one day a week

In return the company are offering an annual salary from £22,000 to £28,000 pro rata / full time depending on your skills and knowledge you can bring to the role.
