The successful Proposal Engineer will have:

  • Background as a Proposal Engineer or similar
  • Experience in engineering / manufacturing / construction company as a proposals engineer
  • A qualification within engineering highly desired
  • Willing to learn and self motivated
  • Live commutable to Tiptree and happy to travel
