The successful Proposal Engineer will have:
- Background as a Proposal Engineer or similar
- Experience in engineering / manufacturing / construction company as a proposals engineer
- A qualification within engineering highly desired
- Willing to learn and self motivated
- Live commutable to Tiptree and happy to travel
