Job Description:
SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a dynamic and motivated Deputy Head Teacher for a well-established Primary School in Brent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum development and a passion for student achievement.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Teacher in the leadership and management of the school
- Lead on curriculum development and assessment
- Support staff development and training
- Monitor and evaluate teaching standards and student progress
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in a leadership role within a primary school
- Strong knowledge of curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
