Our client, a Joinery & Interiors Contractor, based in North Norfolk, are seeking a Project Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. The Project Manager will be responsible for pricing a range of high-end joinery works in both the high-end residential and yacht sectors, with values ranging from £50k to £3M+. This is an excellent opportunity to join a, modern, growing business, working on some of the most prestigious Joinery projects in the UK,

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle of bespoke joinery projects, from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, contractors, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service.

This is a full-time, salaried position, with development opportunities for the right candidate. You will work as part of a friendly team and manage projects independently according to agreed schedules.

Position Overview

  • Complete project lifecycle of carpentry and joinery projects from concept to completion.
  • Create timelines, schedules and ensure projects are managed efficiently and effectively to budget and within the correct time.

**Project Manager

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years Project Management experience within yacht and residential projects with project values from £500k to £3.5m
  • Minimum 5 years joinery / carpentry as a supervisor / Manager.
  • Experience of using Autodesk AutoCAD/Inventor packages.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional knowledge of external and internal joinery items.
  • Extensive knowledge of associated materials, products, and finishes.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
