Network Hr have been retained to hire a newly scoped HR Project Manager position for a progressive Property consultancy business in London. This role is one of a kind and is a really exciting opportunity. The HR Project Manager role operates almost like a Chief of Staff but is aligned exclusively to the HR vertical. No dedicated client group to manage, but an objective to partner with the CHRO, collaborate with the Centre of excellence and HRBP community and facilitate initiatives (projects) designed to make the boat go faster, and in the right direction.
So, what are we looking for? This type of position requires a data-literate, razor-sharp critical thinker. A trouble shooter who is also a 'completer-finisher'. Low ego, operationally excellent and most likely brings a background in the generalist HR space but with a common thread of broad and technical project work. What else will you need?
- Excellent project management experience and skillset
- Excellent knowledge of Data analytics- building reports, understanding trends etc.
- International experience would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
