Our client is a market leader in the built environment. As part of an exciting time for growth within the Group there is a requirement for an Accounts Payable Officer to work in Shared Services.
Hours: 8-5.00 pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Process suppliers invoices to AP system
- Ensure payments are prepared in an accurate, professional and timely manner
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Assistant with raising of weekly payment runs
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail with good communication skills
- Proactive in resolving queries
