We are working alongside one of the largest EdTech companies in the UK, recruiting a Junior Credit Controller to join the wider debt collection team. This role will be working closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure invoices are paid on time.
What you'll be doing?
- Speaking to customers across a variety of channels such as phone and email regarding payment of invoices
- Completing proactive communication and building relationships with customers
- Escalating concerning accounts to the Credit Control Team Lead
- Maintaining accurate records of all calls on the CRM system
- Developing the effectiveness and efficiency of the credit control process by working with the wider team
- Reporting on the status of debts and overdue accounts
