HR Administrator

REED Business Support is supporting a large national organisation with the recruitment of an HR Administrator initially on a temporary basis for 2 – 3 months. The role could become permanent for the right candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer the end to end recruitment and onboarding tasks
  • Conduct Right to Work and pre-employment checks
  • Update and maintain employee records
  • Respond to employee queries and provide advice in line with company policy, escalating when necessary
  • Day to day admin tasks – Absence management, performance, probation, grievance and disciplinary issues
  • Any ad hoc tasks as required

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Recent experience of working in an HR admin role
  • CIPD Level 3 (desirable)
  • Competent administrator
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen to learn
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office

This role is full time and will be fully remote. Some travel to regional offices may be required now and again.
