You will be a Legal Administrator within the Legal Documentation Operations team which is part of the Global Legal Documentation team in the Legal Department. You will be a data specialist with an appreciation for accuracy and attention to detail. You will focus primarily on handling legal data arising or connected to legal agreements as well as associated legal processes. You will work closely with colleagues in the Legal Documentation Operations team globally as well as lawyers supporting master agreement documentation.

Your key responsibilities

  • Performing data capture relating to the creation and finalistion of legal contracts within current Legal data systems
  • Assisting with data quality remediations
  • Providing support to lawyers/negotiators within the Legal Department and other key internal stakeholders regarding legal data or contracts held within the legal database
  • Collaborating with colleagues in the Global Legal Documentation Team
  • Assisting in the preparation of management information (MI)
  • Supporting internal projects associated with legal data

Your skills and experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A team player
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
  • Attention to detail whilst handling multiple tasks
  • Working Autonomously
  • Experience in handling data relating to ISDA Master Agreements (or other industry master agreements) useful but not essential
