Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload in Residential Conveyancing, with some supervisory experience.
- Navigate transactions from initiation to completion within a high-paced environment.
- Preference for experience in Commercial Conveyancing.
- Proficient in IT tools such as Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Case Management Systems.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure with meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and alongside legal counterparts.
- Proficiency in one or more additional languages (besides English) is advantageous but not essential.
