Company Overview:

Our client, a rapidly expanding property management company based in the South of England, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Estate & Block Management Director. This key leadership role is crucial as the company continues to grow through acquisitions and they need someone who can lead their Estate & Block Management department to new heights. As the role progresses it is assumed whoever takes this role will progress to Director level with the company and onto a shareholding director as future progression

Role Overview:

As the Senior Estate & Block Management Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the Estate & Block Management department, ensuring the highest standards of service across the portfolio. You will lead and mentor a team of estate and block managers, driving performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of estate and block managers, ensuring they deliver excellent service and meet performance targets.
  • Departmental Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Estate & Block Management department, ensuring efficient and effective management of all properties within the portfolio.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Growth: Contribute to the strategic direction of the department, identifying opportunities for growth and improvements, particularly in the context of the company's expansion through acquisitions.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all properties are managed in line with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and contribute to the financial success of the department through effective management and business development.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in estate and block management, with a strong understanding of the sector.
  • Previous experience in a senior management or director role, ideally within a fast-growing organisation.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
  • Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to handle complex issues with professionalism.
  • In-depth knowledge of property management regulations and best practices.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive growth and adapt to an evolving business landscape.
