An exciting role has become available for a Private Client Solicitor with an established niche firm located in the Wirral.
- Must have Private Client experience ideally a minimum of 3 years PQE
- You will also require a good working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and ideally some experience of health and welfare work within Court of Protection.
- Working knowledge of deputyship work and can service privately funded cases
