Face-to-Face Assessments
As an Educational Psychologist, you will be responsible for conducting face-to-face assessments with children and young people to identify their educational needs and provide tailored interventions. This role requires a professional who can work effectively within the IR35 framework and deliver high-quality services that make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive face-to-face psychological assessments.
- Develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the educational and emotional development of children and young people.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on assessment findings.
- Stay current with best practices and developments in educational psychology.
Requirements:
- Qualified Educational Psychologist with HCPC registration.
- Proven experience in conducting face-to-face assessments.
- Strong understanding of educational frameworks and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage caseloads effectively.
