Quality Engineer
Location - Tonbridge, Kent
Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Due to the continued expansion of our client's manufacturing business, we are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their very busy team on a full-time permanent basis.
Responsibilities for the role of Quality Engineer
- Developing and implementing quality standards
- Developing and implementing quality control systems
- Monitoring and analysing quality performance, including warranty claims
- Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met
- Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements
- Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
- Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues
- Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
- Other duties as deemed reasonable
Skills and Experience required for the role of Quality Engineer
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with ISO 9001/IATF 16949
- Qualified as a lead auditor
- Working knowledge of lean principles
- Six Sigma Green Belt certified
