Our client who operate within the education/training sector, are seeking an experienced
Programme Designer / Programme Manager / Project Manager
to join their team.
This is very much a client focussed role whereby you will be responsible for the understanding, design and assisted delivery of executive level training programmes.
You will need to have excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to identify custom needs and analyse outcomes. Exceptional administrative ability is essential along with strong financial acumen, excellent organisational skills and you must be able to project manage multiple tasks within a changing environment.
No two days are likely to be the same and you will need to be highly flexible and able to adapt quickly to change. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a fast paced and varied environment.
Duties will include:
- Programme design
- Stakeholder engagement
- Financial management
- Needs assessments
- Post programme analysis
The above list is by no means exhaustive and you will be required to undertake a range of additional tasks associated with the role.
To be considered for the position you must have previous experience within a training/educational setting where you have contributed towards the creation of learning programmes. Excellent project management skills are a must. A degree in Education, Psychology, Communications or related field (or equivalent) is preferable, although candidates who have significant experience within an identical role without the degree will be considered.
