Our client, an award-winning law firm based in The Midlands, is looking for a highly-experienced Paralegal to join their Commercial Property team. This is a permanent position.
The team act for a wide range of clients including individuals, developers, landowners, corporate entities, charities and retailers, advising both public and private sector clients on all aspects of Commercial Property.
Ideally, candidates should have experience of landlord/tenant issues, registrations and straightforward sales/purchases. Candidates with a Residential Property background looking for a move into Commercial Property may be of interest.
Applicants must have excellent academics and organisational skills, with prior, relevant experience gained from a well-known law firm.
Applicants must be located in the Midlands in order to be considered for this position.
