My client, a well-known large-scale Charity operating across the UK, is looking for an Interim Property Transactions Finance Manager to join their team on a six-month contract. This role is fully remote and involves managing a small team to ensure the smooth operation of property-related financial tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Daily management of the Property Transactions team to ensure key deliverables are met.
- Leading on account and rent roll reconciliations.
- Using Excel for processing recharges and other specialised accounting tasks.
- Ensuring timely delivery of all invoicing and accruals related to the property portfolio.
