Working for a British Manufacturer you will work in a small but busy finance team. This is the perfect role for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a UK Leader.
The role
- Daily invoicing
- Bank, cash, payroll, sales, and purchase ledger & reconciliations
- Printing of daily bank statements and inputting them to CRM
- Involvement in preparation of annual financial statements
- Accurately record and categorise daily financial transactions
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts
- Perform general administrative tasks and support order processing
- Liaising with clients on a regular and timely basis to obtain their books and records
- Matching delivery notes to invoices
- Preparing weekly payments
- General AD hoc admin duties
- Calculating VAT payments
The candidate
- Proficient in some finance systems such as Xero, Sage Line 50, QuickBooks, and Excel
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Bookkeeping role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- AAT qualification or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication both skills written and verbal
