Customer Resolution Manager

Customer Resolutions Manager (£47,121 per annum, permanent, full-time)

Job Role

You will be leading our busy complaints and customer feedback service, ensuring that feedback is investigated swiftly and thoroughly, with compassion and understanding. An excellent influencer and relationship-builder, you'll be working with colleagues across the business to get the right outcomes for our customers and to improve our services. You will also manage our relationship with external partners and the Housing Ombudsman Service.

You will be a keen problem-solver, with a good eye for detail and will have the stamina and resilience needed to handle complex cases. An excellent communicator, you'll be skilled in writing for a variety of different audiences and be comfortable and confident having challenging conversations. This will be a busy and varied role, so flexibility and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are a must.

We'll also expect you to have excellent IT skills and be enthusiastic about using in-house systems to record, monitor and analyse feedback. You will able to motivate others creating a high performing team.

Location Details

The role will be based in our Sevenoaks Office however we offer a flexible approach to hybrid working.
