My client i seeking an IT Administrator to join our premier centre of ophthalmic excellence.
The successful candidate will assist the IT Manager in optimizing our Salesforce CRM system, provide first-level technical support, and collaborate with all departments to develop IT solutions that drive business objectives and innovation.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist in tailoring the Salesforce CRM system to fit business needs and integrate it seamlessly with other platforms.
- Provide first-level technical support, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network problems.
- Ensure reliable operation, setup, maintenance, and user support of the office phone system.
- Collaborate with departments to understand technical requirements and develop IT solutions.
- Liaise with external IT service providers for issues beyond in-house resolution capabilities.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and integrations to improve business processes.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on Salesforce and other IT systems.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data protection.
- Familiarity with various software, hardware, and network systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexible approach to work with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
