Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily office meetings and training sessions.
- Conduct residential sales and engage in face-to-face interactions with customers at their homes.
- Represent clients professionally, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Flexibility to work a minimum of 4 days per week, with availability from Monday to Sunday (no fixed rota).
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
- No specific qualifications required.
- Incentives available for individuals who drive, although it is not mandatory.
