Export Sales Support

Our client based in Chandlers Ford is looking for an Export Sales Support Co-ordinator to expand their existing team. This is a busy role where you will be providing support to the Account Management team, processing and expediting orders and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. The office atmosphere is professional but relaxed at the same time, people work hard but have lots of fun too! There are lots of opportunities to progress within this role.

Job Role

This will be a busy role where you will be required to take ownership for your work, with key responsibilities consisting of overall sales support to the Export team. You will be processing the sales orders, monitoring purchase orders and producing shipping documentation. You will be dealing with suppliers and clients on a daily basis. You will be expected to have knowledge on standard Microsoft packages as you will be required to utilise this in this role. Training will be given for the right person.

The Ideal Candidate

In order to be considered for this role you will need to have a can do attitude coupled with an organised approach and strong admin skills. You will need to be able to pick things up quickly and have a good level of computer literacy. Accuracy is vital in this position so you will need a keen eye for detail. It is also key that you can manage your own workload and multi-task when necessary. Strong communication skills and the want to make this role your own is really important.
