Our client in Bracknell is seeking a highly efficient Office Administrator to join their team. This unique role requires adaptability and a proactive approach to manage a diverse range of tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Verification: Receive and verify items against orders and invoices
  • Scheduling: Maintain and update weekly schedule records
  • Quote Requests: Request and manage quotes from manufacturers
  • Purchase Orders: Create and process Purchase Orders
  • Shipment Management: Track and manage international shipments, ensuring timely delivery
  • Vendor Management: Handle vendor relationships and ensure up-to-date certifications
  • Meeting Organisation: Organise and coordinate venues for meetings
  • Certification Management: Ensure all relevant certifications are up-to-date and logged correctly
  • General Duties: Perform various ad-hoc administrative tasks, including logging all outgoing and incoming shipments, updating documentation, verifying and checking the accuracy of certificates, and other related tasks as needed

Salary: £14 - £15 per hour

Hours: Part-Time, 20hrs per week, Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 2:00pm

Location: Bracknell, fully office-based

Start date: ASAP
