About the role

The Finance Analyst will report directly into the Senior Finance Business Partner. Supporting the team across three business units to assist in all aspects of financial management and reporting. This is a great opportunity work within a business parting role, with a high focus on having a commerical approach.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive financial performance and provide strategic support to the team/business
  • Provide analysis on key aspects of performance
  • Develop and provide analysis on key KPI's and project outcomes
  • Deliver analysis on client performance
  • Assist in developing and delivering training to broader business to improve financial and commercial awareness
  • Support on various aspects on pricing and developing relevant pricing tools
  • Partner across broader finance team effectively on numerous projects
  • Support with strategic growth opportunities, including developing business cases and supporting commentary

Skills & Experience

For this Finance Analyst role, we are looking for :

  • Qualified or part qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
  • Exceptional IT skills, most notably Excel or alternative reporting tools
  • Management reporting experience - proven to deliver management information and KPI's
  • Technical understanding and competence of management accounting
  • Ability to clearly communicate and partner with non finance stakeholders
  • Understanding of KPI's, costing and pricing models would be an added advantage
