THE ROLE
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Event Coordinator to join their team and be responsible for supporting the delivery of a range of live and virtual events.
The Event Coordinators key duties will include;
- Supporting the delivery on a variety of events across live and virtual formats
- Coordinating with different vendors to ensure smooth running of events
- Speaker and attendee management and liaison
- Supporting event registration
- Working with the design team and liaise with printers to create digital and print event materials
- Online and onsite event support
- Updating event websites
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have similar experience gained from working with b2b events and have a proven background of supporting on events, both live and virtual. Previous experience using Cvent is advantageous.
