Client Services Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Location: Chelmsford

About this vacancy:
Working for a leading manufacturing business, we are searching for a Client Services Manager to join the team. In this role, you will provide technical support and back-office sales support across the UK.
Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility:
- Technical support to Sales engineers.
- Provide back-office contact support to customers.
- Follow up all leads, prequalify opportunities.
- Forecasting - Compare order and sales figures against budget.
- Manage the sales process from prospect identification to customer satisfaction.
- Order processing.
- Office administration - assisting with rates/ lease.
- Health and Safety requirements, liaison with corporate HSE.
- Co-ordination of IT support, functionality, working with corporate IT.
Skills and Experience:
- Educated to degree/diploma level in a business / engineering discipline or equivalent.
- 2 years employment within an international business.
- Excellent communication skills, a high level of motivation.
- Strong technical aptitude and effective time management.
- Autonomous and driven, with an energetic approach, and ability to work alone and within a team is key.
- Must be a car driver and own a car
