Family Solicitor
Our client is a well-regarded West London firm looking for a high-calibre Family Solicitor with a minimum of 2 year's PQE. The ideal candidate will be confident managing a complex caseload and have excellent client care and communication skills across all levels.
Our client handles all areas of family law, including divorce, cohabitee disputes and private law children matters, but with a strong emphasis on financial remedy work following divorce, including those with an international element or involving high net worth assets and complex business structures. They also provide advice and representation in the full range of family issues and disputes for married and unmarried families and regularly work with other professionals to protect their client's interests, both financially and emotionally.
The successful Solicitor will play an active role in building and maintaining client relationships and promoting the department's services to generate new business across the firm.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a designated portfolio of clients and matters to achieve targeted fees
- Providing a fully comprehensive client service in a cost-effective and efficient manner
- Delivering an exceptional quality of service to clients
- Managing outstanding invoices and debtor's collection in an efficient and timely way
- Assisting in the business development activities of the firm
